I normally complement service, however, in this case I feel compelled to bring it to your attention… The front desk person was exceptionally rude, disrespectful, not at all friendly and was curt to all patients that came into sign in. She made no effort to restate what she said when patients were unable to hear or understand what she said. There was quite a wait in the lobby so I and many patients observed her demeanor and made comments of same which I overheard. She was an elderly woman so recommending she receive coaching may not be beneficial in her case. She may not be receptive to change. Unfortunately, I left feeling I will never return to that lab at the Mease Countryside Medical Building.
