I have owned a 435 Everglades sense oct of 18 To this Day I never been on the boat that everything worked. When I-ordered the boat it was supposed to have a diesel generator I came in with a gas one. I have had nothing but problems. It has fresh water sensors. That constantly go out now it is totally down. They don’t want to replace it. Even though I have a written 5 year 2000 hr warranty It has sure shade in it and only worked the first month I bought it. Can’t get it replaced. They said it was fixed twice but when u try to use it, it hangs up. My service manager told me I had over 100 repairs on the boat. Don’t know if that is 100% accurate but very well could be. I’ve been very disappointed at the amount of things that are wrong on the boat and then Trying to get fixed is a nightmare This is the second one I’ve owned the first one was bought back cause they couldn’t fix the steering issue that kept going out

I went to the job fair they had . Got interview and showed what my position might've been and never got a call back so who knows how they would response to you. Yes I've never work in that kind of work. But the person I spoke too I told them that and also told him that I was willing to work and learn what they are all about and again nothing from them. So good luck
Thanks for the quick responses. The combination of "not as of now" along with the website not including them indicates to me they are not part of the future. I don't expect you to confirm that, but I will step up research on alternatives. I'm 1-2 years from ordering and understand things change but I don't want to be emotionally locked in only to find it's not available.
Depends on what you mean by lower hull. Everglades boats are made with three main parts. The outer hull ,inner hull, and deck. The outer hull and inner hull are bonded with ram cap making them almost single unit
Hello, I'm not sure about any faulty caulking. However, if it is moldy, take it to your nearest dealer and I'm sure that it will be fixed. Also, if the caulking looks poorly installed, why are you just now saying something about it? You've had the boat for several years, you should have had this problem fixed when you first noticed it. Hope this helps you out.
Go talk to HR and they can direct you where you need to go.
