If its not towable, youll have to have it taken to a scrp metal place... Or you could tow it to a scrap place. If the hitch itself is just rusted, it can be replaced. PM me if you are interested.
Yes, we sell and install leaf spring axles and torsion axles, galvanized and painted. We also carry several different leaf springs and u-bolts, etc.
