Had a lovely experience and tour of their wares and tastes with my boyfriend; he's a big beer/IPA connoisseur but absolutely loved the vodka and mule! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

Nice tour. Expensive booze.

Neat place with lots of interesting historical displays and information about their distilling processes with plaques, pictures, and displays. We did a self-guided tour through the distillery which was quite adequate for our time frame and very informative. If we'd had more time we would have called ahead to arrange for an in-person guided tour, which I'm sure would have been excellent. Staff is friendly and very approachable if you have questions; they clearly take pride in their place of work. The various tasting stations are a nice touch and certainly add to the experience. The varieties of bourbon, gin, and rum, as well as the ready-made mixers are delicious. (Suggestion: Eat something beforehand. The samples aren't huge, but they are fairly potent on an empty stomach! 😉) There is also a store which offers for purchase all the various products from the distillery, with a tasting station so you can sample what you're thinking of buying. All very low-key, there is no pushiness to get you to buy anything, they obviously know just how excellent their products are! The restrooms are very clean and roomy and ever so quaint - worth a visit, too! Accessibility is good and there is ample parking around the building.

Went on a Sunday so it wasn't too busy. Staff were friendly and wonderful and what I liked was they gave samples that were mixed drinks so a Florida mule, a citrus-y gin and tonic, a tiki rum drink and an old fashioned. And they told you how to make it at home. Could also walk through and see how it's made. Great stop for a day in St. Augustine and what's better: the tour is free!

I do not believe so. Just show up. They do limit tour group size. There may be a wait. Just mingle with people and check out the history/museum exhibits. The wait is worth it for sure.
very interesting place to visit it.
Yes, they are open during Christmas as we go every year. You can find the answers to your questions about distance in Google maps.
No it is free
They are definitely dog friendly. In fact to quote them, "we are very dog friendly". We have been there many times with our dog.
Service dogs
Any age for the tour
So sorry, I do not know Spanish. Entrance is free and so is their tour and tasting of all of their spirits in stock. Very friendly and helpful people. Great spirits from grown in Florida resources. Enjoy!
