Well, what can I say, the kiosk ordering system has improved the service, and that is saying something. Food was good and hot. Shakes were tasty. One issue we all noticed, within about 15 feet from the doorway to the restrooms, there was a distinct urine smell that got stronger as you got closer. We were definitely put off by this. Not sure we will return if things like this aren't dealt with.

Because they have fine too kiosks and self service the experience isn't the same. Just disappointing.

Used to be a good steak n shake now its gone to hell service is horrible you spend 40 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of you honestly they all need to be fired store needs to have new management this is pitiful
