Best place is in the fort parking lot and then just walk over. There's a parking garage over by the visitor center and it takes like 10 min to walk over also. No matter where you will have to pay for parking tho.
No dogs allowed, it is across the street from the water. It was not expensive at all for the quality and the amount of food they give you.
Small cafe. Masks required until served. Must wait outside if no table available.
