BY FAR THE MOST INCOMPETENT AND RUDE people! I waited 2.5 hours for them to fix my low tire. They handed me my keys and told me I was good to go without a single explanation of what was wrong with my tire, or what they did to fix it. I had to ask, well what happened, Dod it have a mail? Did you patch it? He said yes, and you’re good to go. So I thanked him and I left. Less than one mile down the road and my dashboard alerted me my tire was still low so I had to do a U turn and go back and they gave me an attitude like I was bothering them, they told me my tires had to recalibrate and to just give it time… I said no, the other 3 tires recalibrated, so I know it already had time… so he gave me attitude like HOW DARE I bother him and then he put more air in my tire and assured me I was good to go. My air continued to go down and I called up there and spoke to the Asst Service Manager Mike and he refused to get me back in today saying he had other cars and they were short staffed. It didn’t matter that I was up there at 9:30 this morning and had already waited 2.5 hours for them to not do anything! It didn’t matter that I had already had to go up there TWICE!! Mike said he couldn’t do anything about it today and that I could bring it in tomorrow to see his boss the Manager Jared, who was the one that “serviced” my car today, and then proceeded to HANG UP on me! I inspected my tire and found the problem myself! A screw in it! They didn’t do a dog-gone thing but waste my time! Amazing customer service, let me tell you! Unmatched! The bottom line is DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and SURELY DONT TRUST THEM to take care of your vehicle, because when they are short staffed, they will push you out the door without caring that they wasted your time and without caring enough to make sure you’re SAFE to drive on the roads. ZERO STARS.

Rating this location a 5 stars, the staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. Shoutout to Henry & John especially, thank you for all your help. Will definitely recommend anyone trying to find a place where they actually care to fix your car issue. Will definitely be going back.
