I would suggest buying a boat from a different manufacturer. I purchased a 320cc last year and the windshield exploded during routine use. After cleaning up the blood and glass I contacted Edgewater about replacing the windshield. They initially agreed to facilitate a windshield replacement but 7 months later nothing has been done and we have no timeline. Obviously customer support is lacking.

Quality of the boats themselves is already well-known, but the factory support I've experienced is tremendous. All inquiries via email are answered accurately and promptly.

In 2017 we bought a competitor to EW. It was billed as the the highest volume selling boat in its class. Well we were disappointed. So we started looking around. EW was a bit more expensive, but after a comparison and a test ride the differences were blatantly obvious. The ride was extremely smooth and quiet. Passengers can sit in the front while underway and carry on a conversation without screaming at 30 mph. No hull noise, extremely dry. A windshield wiper is almost a waste. Our family doesn't do as much offshore fishing as we used to, but when we do our EW didn't disappoint. No boat is perfect, and if anything does go wrong, EW's support system will get you whatever you need to correct the issue very quickly. You're not waiting the summer for parts like other manufacturers. EW also picks terrific Dealers. Ours is Modern Yachts on Long Island. We couldn't have asked for better support from a manufacturer or dealer. You will Never go Wrong with Edgewater!

Hi my name is Robert Kalawe and I have a 2004 edgewater 225 express. I started to smell gas. I opened the circle cap closest to the cab and notice gas in the compartment in front of the gas tank. It looks like my tank is leaking. What can I do

Hi Juan. It all depends on the model. Take a look at the specs on any of our models: https://www.ewboats.com/boat-models/

Sounds simple but My stern light is out. How do I change the bulb. I don’t want to force the cap.
