This store is the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to. thanks to Kris we are switching our family plan to Verizon we have 4 lines... I cannot wait to have T-Mobile lose our business. last week my son I was sending text messages related to his business T-Mobile ended up blocking his text messaging capabilities without even notifying him.. we thought there was something wrong with his phone so we bought a new phone which is awful slow and the worst Samsung we have ever owned. my son was upset that his number was blocked without his knowledge he sent some very important text messages that were missed because he did not know the number was blocked.. Now he went to return the phone well within the trial period Kris refused to take it back even though we called T-Mobile while we were in the store and corporate T-Mobile stated we could return the phone Kriss was rude to my daughter who had never done anything to him or anyone in the store and has been the loyalty mobile customer for 14 years. This gentleman is not an asset to this company honey. I will go to Verizon AT&T or I will purchase a flip phone before I continue to give my business to t-mobile. They should be ashamed at the way they treated us when it was their fault for blocking my son's number and not notifying him. Then their ttech service could not even figure out what was wrong with the phone.. we spent hours of our valuable time at T-Mobile trying to figure out what was wrong. Finally after a week they took the block off of my son's phone but they did not credit us for all the time that he could not send text messages suggest. This company has really gone down hill.

I'm really happy with my experience and how everybody treated me here. Everyone was really kind, patient with my 6-year-old son and myself I am grateful and appreciative. I will definitely be going back to make more purchases. Cam assisted me with adding a line to my phone and purchasing a watch for my son and he was very kind and patient as well as everyone that worked there with him.🙂

You realize, private stores sometimes have better deals than corporate stores. I always shop at private party stores. Last time I didn’t, with a former phone company, there was a bad experience.
