Need to replace mats on your floors, I fell very hard during the USA powerlighting. Today I can hardly move my shoulder where I landed and my foot where it twisted as I got caught in a tear in your mats. Not very safe at all, and black masking tape to cover some of them aren't safe either.

Yes, Plenty of parking, a small lot in front (on Robinson) and there's a bigger lot on Rosalind. Yes as a last resort there's parking meters too.
$35/month but if you prepay for 6months/1year it will come out to being cheaper.
