Been coming here for 17 years N this general area and this last time we rented a cabin... Ohh man there's no going back now. Showers, kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, no need to tarp everything up when the rain comes at 3am. It's more glamping than camping but the older I get the more my bones appreciate it... Not super cheap but once a year for a few days, I can survive.

Very nice campground in a beautiful area. The sites are spaced far enough that it gives you the feel of getting away. The campground has great facilities, shower house and restroom were modern and clean. There are pit toilets scattered …

Very quiet. Spacious space. Friendly. Peaceful. Clean.

I have seen every type of boat on the water.
Yes, if you reserve a specific waterfront site, you can tie your boat to a tree or anchor. Unfortunately no where to dock it or if you do not have a waterfront site.
I think it stays open for deer season in November.
They cut down the rope swing across from red bridge
Also, there are several sites on each loop that are non-reservable. They are on a first come first served basis
If you mean trails, then yes. All trails and viewing areas are open to dogs. Only exceptions are public swimming areas. As long as people continue to clean up after their pets it should continue to be this way.
Only Verizon. You have to drive out about 7 miles towards Kane to get AT&T. SIRIUS radion works great at the campground.
I do not know about this year. Last year we had couple episodes
Yes. If you use their map it will show you which ones have electric. There are also full hook up sites.
You can also purchase wood at the camp grounds.
You find an open site and set up, then go pay at the pay box. On holiday weekends you need to be a few days early to get one of these sites.
I don't know that there is a limit on dogs. I would say 4 max. You are aloud 2 tents or 1 tent and a camper.
59, 61 & 62 are excellent for this. 61 is the closest to the water and is actually on the water.
No bedding, bring your own sheet, pillow, blankets. Cabins are very nice
