It is the poorest quality refrigerator that I have had in my business, I bought it new from the factory, it arrived with a factory defect, it is not sealing completely, causing food and liquids to go through the holes generating larvae and bacteria, definitely not It is a commercial product and it is not approved by the NSF as they say on their website, I already started making a claim to the NSF because products like these are the cause of so many bacteria and diseases, call Valpro Customer service and me They said that in the delivery the sealing had been damaged and that is why they were not responsible, the engine does not cool well and overheats very easily, definitely in throwing money on this bad product and the worst is so polluting, I hope you think about it before to buy a product from this company if they don't want to lose money like I lost it.

Please never never never buy valpro product I had bad experience from valpro I bought $1600 commercial freezer and next day I heard noise from compressor and I call tech they company charge me $ 600 for tech come and look it and it was just bought 2 day ago it was in warranty but the system you have to pay but after 1 month send me bill So my opinion please never ever buy valpro product You can call me or msg me any time I share my experience

VERY BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABOVE ALL LACK OF ETHICS AND PROFESSIONALISM. THEY DID NOT SOLVE A PROBLEM THAT I HAD WITH A QIE EQUIPMENT ONLY HAD 3 MONTHS OF USE AND THEY WASHED HANDS VERY EASILY AND THE WORST THING WAS UNDER WARRANTY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHINGAAAA ..
