I give them a zero. Stay away. They are crooks. They never fixed my cabinets , ants were falling on my head as I slept. People parked in front of my driveway I couldn't get in or out. The screens in the windows were bent they said they didn't have to fix them. I could go on but you get the picture I understand they are things in the 50 pages they give you to read. I didn't hang pictures or really even unpack just what we needed. A house came up sooner then expected so we moved out after two months. Paid the penalty fees for leaving early. Then we get a bill in the mail for over $1,200.00. For painting for $699.99 It didn't even need repainted. But if your there a year you pay half of that and two years you don't have to pay at all. I would thing after 2 years it would be in worse shape then 2 months. Then they charged a advertising fee which they had a wait list of like $450.00 Then some water charge for like $60.00. They are rip offs.

Loved the place when I had first moved in. Quiet area, close to many things. Gated community. Then the issues with trying to get things fixed started. Took over a year to get the stove and dishwasher replaced. Stove wouldn’t hold temp. It would either burn or undercook your food at the same temp. The dishwasher took 3+ hrs to finish a cycle and not get them clean. Yes roaches are running around in the units and even inside your appliances. The “Green Energy” improvements were “being forced by the bank” yet they wouldn’t change all the light bulbs to led each time they came in. They changed maintenance guys by the week it seemed. Maintenance guys will leave your unit unlocked and possibly even leave the key in the lock as well… Yes that happened. I was put on a list to move into a smaller unit since I had no longer had a need for a 3 bedroom. I was told that I could continue paying what my lease was at that time until I was in the new unit. That fell through when the people who were supposed to be “Non Renewal” ( I was standing there when it was said ) were renewed and corp told mgt that I would have to pay the new higher amount due to the current market conditions………“inflated pricing”. If you don’t have it in writing don’t believe it….Period. Too many broken verbal promises. Charged for numerous items that mgr said I wouldn’t be charged for when I moved out.

I have no issues here! I just want to say that Ray has been awesome. He’s a keeper! Ray and crew have been great and hope they continue on here as they are greatly appreciated, also Michelle is the best.

Man this place is a mess the office is rude I been here for 2 years and still haven’t got all my stuff fix still waiting on blinds stuff keep getting backed up plumbing wise some how they keep saying work orders are filled pest need control anybody can park in front of your place they be loud some times nobody want to hear that when they just got off they never have corporate number they switched 5 managers since I been living here it’s ridiculous
