This office has really come up in the last year or so . New faces , better personalities and the staff is great . I had a local hospital do me quiet wrong here recently and this office went to bat for me and had me taken care of . Benjamin has personally did more for me in the last few days than the hospital did . The doctors there are great and friendly and truly want to help people , that's more than most offices in the area . If you want good health care , go see them , , it may take a trip or two to get in sink , but it's worth it , , thanks again Lake View Medical , , keep it going !

Dr. Smith is an excellent kind and caring doctor who really listens but Dr. Hu is not. He is a so called pain management doctor and when I advised him I was transferring to a doctor closer to my house due to gas prices, he not only changed my prescription from a quantity of 90 to 60 but to top it off he dropped it to 5 mg from 10 mg. Not 7.5 but to 5. Why? Spitefulness, outright meanness? Mad because I was changing doctors due to gas prices so high? I live in Belleview and he is in Leesburg by Harley Davidson. Why would a doctor that cares about their patients do this. I'm just warning you now, not to allow this to happen to you. Once I brought my current months pain medication in the previous months bottle because it was a smaller bottle easier to carry. All he said was to make sure I bring my medication in the right months bottle but I had not mentioned transferring to a doctor closer either. Also beware if you have any pain medication left over from the previous month, do not combine them in your current bottle but carry 2 bottles. Yeah, not smart to carry 2 bottles. Any reason to make you see what control is had, not caring and kind but hurdled through like sheep. 5 minutes in room hoping in a good mood so as not to disrupt your life. So sad as I went to him for a couple years and that was how I was treated. Just had to warn you. Beware! I wish someone would have warned me!

I have been a patient of Dr Smith and he is a good Dr that office personnel is they worse I have dealt with. I haven't seen Dr Smith since September of last year and the office people are very rude and nasty to me .
