Quite clean, attractive architecture, various options for spaces to rent, good treatment, ample parking facilities and quite affordable prices, a well-diverse and large playground for children

My children have been coming to the center for a while. I’ve had no concern related to them or their activities here. However I would still rate my experience today as a one star vs 2 however because I enjoy the programs I’m going to be subjective. As mentioned all my kids attend this center to be honest we stayed living in our current home mainly for their programs and our kids. Another reason was because of the access to the gym I thought I would have. Roughly two months ago I opened a gym membership with Randal I believe his name is. I opened the membership because on Saturday my girls have ballet. However parents need to wait outside the class room for about almost two hours. I noticed they have a workout class and parents bring their kiddos. They sit on the side. So I asked around the staff to see if it was okay for me to work out in the gym with my autistic 4 years old in her stroller. Meaning she be in her seat and I roll it to the side of the gym while I work out and my other girls are in ballet. Everyone said yes so one day I walked up to Randal and asked him the same question, are you sure it’s okay cause that would be amazing. He said yes and I paid in full for a 6 month membership. I have been going for roughly again two months with out any problem. The staff including Randal have all seen me and never mentioned anything to me. The staff aside from Randal have all been welcoming kind and even say high to her inside of the gym. One of the managers works out in the gym and is always so kind and talks to us (both me and my daughter). The instructors of their class have even invited me to the workout class and tell me “bring your girls they sit over there with our kids” and it’s never been an issue. Today I did forget my stroller however I had her sit in a mat while she ate her breakfast sandwich. I put the tv on (the staff let’s me use the remote to put cartoons) and was getting ready to work out and Randal walks in to tell me I can’t be in there with the girls. When I advised him what I wrote above he denied every recalling telling me it was okay. He’s insisted they were just being nice allowing it. I and another older gentleman are usually the only paying members I’ve seen at the actually gym. Aside from the class and employees, so in my heart of hearts I truly believe Randal intentionally told me so for the membership. Let me use it for a couple months with my girls and now is kicking us out knowing I won’t use the gym again. I explained to him that I paid a 6 month Memebership with the sole intention to be able to work out with my daughter and if I have to tend to her I can’t obviously go to the gym and won’t need the membership. I asked if he can charge me the monthly rate for the two months I used and reimburse the difference. I paid for six months my last month is august. His solution was he can put my account on hold, no refund, no partial refund, nothing. At that point I was a little bothered because it was clear to me the intention was to take the money and membership. I laughed it off, reiterated the situation and asked if he can look into it. It’s not fair to me what happened. Especially when the classes allow their kiddos to join. Again I love the classes, love the gym and appreciate what they offer our kids. But this was not right.

A very useful institution is. For the elderly, for adults and for children. For study and for sports.

Depends when you go, they have open gym during mornings sometimes and during the days. They also have midnight basketball on Saturdays. Best thing to do is call right before going because they make changes and don't update the website.
No they do not
I'm not sure but you can always stop by and ask I only go there on sunday once a month
Is the winter break so I am going to say no.
Is the basketball open for public to just go in?
I'm not interested in how safe the neighborhood is, I was curious about the englewood community center rental hall looks like inside
I paid $50 for 2 hours it is very reasonable.. it depends on the size and ppl
They dont charge
Agreed try after holidays
Absolutely. If you go to the front desk, the will provide you with a list of things that are specifically for seniors.
