To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.

Gosh, that would depend on what they need done to them. The people at Doctor Mousa's office are very nice. Give them a call and discuss what you need, and ask what kinds of payment arrangements are available. Maybe ask for a young lady named June. I don't know if she would know, but she has a good heart and will steer you in the right direction. They are all nice in that office.
