Blatant rudeness!!! I called and left a message which wasn't returned (issue #1). After I called several times (issue #2) the next day, I was finally able to speak w/receptionist around 2:43 pm (phone shows time), who said I would need to come in the next day but transferred me to instructor to better understand my request and get pricing. The instructor still wasnt sure what I needed so she put me on the phone w/a student. The young lady/student advised me to come in that same day bc she was likely the best/only person that could handle my request. She asked how quickly I could get there and I told her they said I had to come tomorrow. She asked what time it was (2:46 pm) and said getting there in 30 min was sufficient. To finalize the request for pricing, the student asked me questions and gave detailed knowledge on the best way to approach my situation due to availability of products and natural texture, etc. In the interim, she asked the instructor for the pricing. As she giving the feedback and responding to questions, the instructor takes the phone from the student and says to me "the student has been on the phone for 30 minutes now" (2:53 pm which was approx 5 min and this includes the line getting disconnected and me calling back). Then, now all of a sudden they can't take me today. To add further insult, the instructor hangs up the phone in my face!! (Issue # 3) I called back to speak to the instructor to understand why she hung up on me, refused to allow the student to finish providing feedback and why she was being so rude. However, when she finally came back to the phone, she continued to talk over me, was yelling (but I'm the 1 that should be upset), wouldn't let me speak, continued to claim student was on the phone for 30 minutes (now it's 2:58 pm), that my discussion w/student was taken up the line for other people to call, they weren't taking anyone after 3:00 pm (which is odd because website says 5 pm and they close at 7 pm) and then she hung up in my face AGAIN. At a point, when she wasn't yelling so loudly (Issue# 4), I could hear someone in the background telling her that she's being rude. Needless to say I WILL NOT be patronizing this school and would be afraid for others to do so. If the instructor can't keep track of time, doesn't seem to understand certain requests, clearly won't listen to what people are trying to convey, yet seems to have an issues with others providing feedback/assistance; I can only imagine the guidance or instruction (or the lack thereof) that she's providing to students who are performing services for patrons. It's odd how the instructor asked the student to assist me, but seemed to have an issue with the knowledge and feedback that was being given. Yet, I caught the backlash for it; unacceptable!! In summary, good customer service should not have a time limit. Even if it does, make sure you have your times correct. Also, if you can't speak to someone with the proper courtesy, tone, and patience.....stay off the phone Instructor!
