I visited a McDonald's in Yakima, WA yesterday afternoon. Parking was a breeze. Their landscaping, immediate exterior and interior of the restaurant were well taken care. I was also acknowledged and greeted right away. Prior to placing the order, I asked if they had decaf ready. The team member checked and said they did. After placing and paying for the order, I asked to use the restroom; it's kept locked. It was clean, operational and well stocked. Upon returning to the dining room, I was surprised my order was not ready. Within two minutes, the team member informed me they were brewing some fresh decaf. Under normal circumstances, that would be awesome. However currently, any wait is related to exposure to highly undesirable situations. I became leery. Luckily for me, I left without incident. The coffee was more expensive than usual but it was good.

Ask for no onions get screwed on condiments! This location usually sucks. I come here a lot, why I don't know.

First we had trouble with the McDonald’s app, but I can’t blame them for that, the app claimed that some of the items were not available, which was all of our order and we ordered breakfast. So my mother had to go inside the place to say there was a problem. According to her, they were still serving breakfast (again it must have been the app) she then spoke with some people and they said they were gonna make it. When we get home, all the sandwiches besides 1 were with ham, even though they were supposed to be all sausage. And then 2 of the sandwiches were burnt on the sides.
