I used to LOVE Bed Bath & Beyond but it's been a while since I've been there and when I went back in everything was totally different. At first I was excited because yay new look, but then I realized that it just looked empty, of products and customers. I thought, who cares, is still BB&B, so I continued to shop. Unfortunately, everything was insanely expensive, $99 for a dish drainer and $20 for dish towels! We ended up grabbing what we needed but still spent $188, which was mind blowing for so few items (15 items). With covid, I spray everything with alcohol once I get to my car, unfortunately this includes the receipt. A few minutes after leaving the store, we decided to return everything that wasn't absolutely necessary. My husband went in with our speckled receipt, thanks to the alcohol, and asked to return the items. The manager was extremely rude and said that he would have to take 20% off the amount he was refunding back because he couldnt read the receipt and he said that he would have to assume that we used a 20% off coupon, even though the cashier was explaining that she remembered us and that we didnt use one. He finally allowed us to have our money back after some back and forth. Unfortunately, we will never shop there again.

This place is a train wreck. They try to have good service, but fail. And you can not find anything. Too pricy too!
