On Friday March 4, I went to this CVS for a scheduled vaccine appointment. The student pharmacist who gave me my vaccination had the worst bedside manner of any pharmacist I have met. He said he was excited to “stick” someone. Then he asked me how I did with shots. I told him great. He said good because the woman yesterday bled all over him. It seems he should reconsider his career choice. This is not my usual pharmacy. I made the appointment to get my vaccine here for convenience. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location in the future. On top of that, after submitting a negative review to CVS corporate after receiving my vaccine, they sent an email canceling my appointment. According to their email, it looks like there may be now no record of my vaccination. Awesome!

They often carry items not found at similar stores. The best of the experience is the customer service given by Terrence. Young man goes above and beyond. Good product knowledge, good attitude, very helpful. Hope there are growth opportunities for him!
