Absolutely a wonderful experience. This is a great place. It used to be known as Brown's appliance, when they were located on Broadway. The staff is excellent. Horrible customer service! We drove over an hour to get a replacement element for our oven. When we get there, they don't have any in stock so they ordered it and we paid for shipping to our home. It arrives and when we put it in it barely heats up. So we called them and they said they would replace it. We drive again over an hour to get there and they tell us nothing is wrong and it has to be something else with our oven. (OUR PREVIOUS ELEMENT WAS BURNT IN 2 DIFFERENT PLACES!) They won't take the "new" one back because it is now "used". So we are out the cost of a new element, shipping, and 2 trips to get absolutely nothing accomplished. I will never do business here again
