Wish I could do way less. The back office staff is super rude and I just choose to not go there anymore. I had an appointment for one was not seen until 45 min later without any update or explanation. Just met with rudeness. I will chose not to spend my money there again.

I went in yesterday complaining of covid symptoms sore throat,chest congestion,etc. I am immune compromised so I wanted to be evaluated and of course checked for covid since I’m due to travel home to Colorado. The woman doctor checked me in about 30 seconds and told me she would give me antibiotics. I asked her if I could be swabbed for covid and she looked annoyed told me that wasn’t necessary.I insisted. She came back in swabbed me and not even 3 minutes later gave me my discharge papers and said it was negative. I noticed on my discharge papers it said it was 5:15 pm when really it was 4:58pm. I felt uneasy and decided to do an at home test that was positive. After I went to the ER since I am immune compromised to be properly checked where I tested positive for covid and have pneumonia. This doctor was so quick to dismiss me and falsely give me a negative test when I indeed am positive and could expose a lot of people while thinking I am negative. She even went as far as to change the time on my paper work. Beware of this place where PA Christy Daily give people fake diagnosis.

Very caring staff and doctor. Everyone was Federal with going over my daughter's medical history and finding out exactly what was bothering her. Although the office is very busy once you get in you receive excellent care.
