Staff could have been more friendly

Kids had a blast, the building was clean compared to other locations we've been to. Didn't eat any food so can't review that.

Staff was very friendly. Gaming area was clean. Restrooms were clean. Very very busy!

Kids had a wonderful time, a lot of upgraded games from our last visit, and pizza was good but the card loading machine was not working making it inconvenient to check/reload my kid's cards. Also many tables had old food left on them due to practically non-existent staff despite the intercom message of routine, diligent cleaning. Lastly, the initial hostess didn't really explain the new points vs. time system. Did points and wish I had loaded time instead. Ended up having to spend extra and did the time option. Was the better use of money for sure

Yes there is a side geared toward the younger kids (5&under) they would still need an adult to help them because they have to scan a token card but the games are simple and their height.
