We are able to do consultations over the phone as well as face-to-face at our office for personal injury, car accidents, and medical malpractice. Most consultations are actually done over the phone for convenience. If you have a case, we can even email to sign electronically to get started right away or we send you our paperwork through the mail.

It depends on the legal issue, however, a good estimate is anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Personal injury and car accident cases often involve shorter consultations than medical malpractice cases. If you have medical records in your possession, Mr. Russo can go over your medical records with you during a medical malpractice consultation. Some medical malpractice cases will require a few hours to review records before we can render an opinion.

No-you do not need money to hire us. We accept cases on a contingency. This means that there are no attorney fees and no costs unless money is recovered for you for injury and malpractice cases. All of the attorney fees and costs are paid from the settlement or award for accident, injury, and malpractice cases. In addition to accident and injury cases, general legal services are available through pre-paid legal plans.
