This place was kind of hard to find but once found it is like a hidden gem in a rock. Daniel was very helpful in locating the mobility scooter I needed. He always made time to answer any questions and even called me back as soon as he could. Definitely recommend going here first for any mobility needs.

Hi, I have a Heartway EV Rider that I need a new battery for, model EBP21A071C1, I cant find it any where. Do you have any suggestions. This is a Lithium-ion battery that the owner let discharge all the way and now it will not charge.

That scooter uses an 8.7AH lithium battery but they are discontinued. We carry an 11.5AH lithium battery that is a direct replacement for it. The 11.5AH lithium battery is

I have a drive cruiser III wheelchair. it came with hard front wheels that mark our tile floors. Do you sell grey rubber complete replacement wheels?

Hello Howard, if it has a 2 piece rim we can supply the tires however most of those came with a solid caster wheel assembly and Drive the manufacturer does not provide the gray tires or different rims.
Do you file all that is needed to a Medicare advantage plan. We have a prescription from Dr for a scooter.
