From the start of our interaction with Mobility Express, it was all first rate. I found the company on Google and saw that it was family owned. I liked the sound of a generational company and they did not disappoint. Mike Pisano , our sales rep, was very personable and professional. He did not ‘hard sell’ me and actually listened to me when I told him what our financial limitations were. He presented me with three possible options and fortunately for us the first one of the three was perfect for us. Mike drove the van up from Ocala to Jacksonville so we could look at it. He took his time and patiently explained how the Braunability features worked, helped me to understand and be comfortable with moving the floor anchors around, taking the seat out and loading my husband in. My husband’s paralysis is recent so we are still in the learning and adjusting period. When my husband jokingly asked if he could leave the van with us and complete the paperwork on the spot, he was more than obliging. He ended up staying all afternoon arranging the financing and getting all the paperwork signed. Then he Ubered back to Ocala. As promised, he arranged for an owners manual, a new seatbelt and the extra key to be sent to us via UPS. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!! If I could give it more stars I would. I did not have the same experience with a local company and feel very fortunate to have found Mobility Express. Many thanks to Mike and Mobility Express for giving us a sense of freedom again!
