I will say the people are pretty nice….That’s it….my appointment was at 210 I wasn’t seen for almost two hours for just a consultation im like whatever i know they are short staffed but GOODNESS…spoke with 2 nurses and have literally been sitting in a cold room for AN HOUR!!!! if you’re getting a procedure one of them you have to wait 24 hours in case you change your mind (Florida law) but the amount of time they make you sit and wait will give you all the time you need to think about whatever… again i have been in this room no one has walked in to say anything FOR now OVER AN HOUR!!!! For someone who is anxious or worried they do not make it better all you hear is the workers out the door laughing and giggling at this moment over an hour no one has said the doctor would be with me and they close in less than 30 mins…again the staff is very nice and they are short staffed but i think in those events they should take less ppl to not have ppl waiting for soooooo long

God bless the people who work here and chose to provide women’s services despite the fact that it’s somehow controversial.

Hello! We recently started providing transgender hormone therapy in our Miami-Dade and Broward County locations in South Florida. Right now we do not provide HRT in Jacksonville but I can tell you that we will be offering it in Jax within the coming year! We are so excited to begin expanding access to these much-needed services! Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Hi Jackie! We would love to help you find out more information because pap tests are very important! The cost depends on certain factors like your insurance carrier etc. but if you call (904) 399-2800 right now they can tell you the cost and book you for an appointment! :)
Hello! We always welcome walk-in's to our health centers. :) We just ask for your patience, depending on the amount of patients we have, you may have to wait a little bit.
Depends on the kind of IUD and whether or not you have insurance. You can call and ask!
I'm sure they'd tell you if you called.
I’m pretty certain that service is available. You can call the number and ask if it’s available (for certain) at this location.
Absolutely not. As with all healthcare services, an exam and consultation would take place. Thankfully, planned parenthood is a healthcare center, not an underground, unregulated abortion mill, as so many have assumed it to be. Planned parenthood employees are fully trained and licensed to have accountablity. Each employee’s goal is to provide information and care, no matter the choice.
If they have privileges st your hospital, I imagine so.
