My low tire light was on. I had to drive to Melbourne. I stopped in and they check all my tires and all needed air. We bought the tires there but the man said doesnt matter. They fixed me up and I was safer on the road. Thanks to them.

I have NEVER had to deal with the level of incompetence arrogance and just plain douchebaggery then when I walked into Tires Plus in Merritt Island and asked the boy behind the counter whom I believe is sadly managing that dog and pony show if I could have 2 tires replaced on my 2000 Tahoe. Granted I have 24” wheels on the Tahoe and maybe it is beyond this companies skill set to take on such an easy job but the customer service skills this kid lacks by arrogantly mumbling “we don’t handle wheels that big…” then when I asked if he knew any place local that could handle wheels that big he played the ole Millennial game where they pretend they didn’t hear you then with an annoyed tone snap at me saying “sorry what was that? wasn’t listening”… smh Great way to get pulled over that counter and forced to speak with respect when speaking to a man twice his age. Complete waste of my time. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
