Zero stars (except for maintenance guys) Moved out over 6 months ago and am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Have made calls monthly and had my mailing address taken down either by the manager or someone in the office. Have still not received my deposit balance which is over $500 and am unable to reach the manager. Have left messages either with the person in the office or on the answering machine. Have had appointments set for the manager to call me back and not received a call or had an appointment set for her to call and she never did. Have started trying to get someone at the property management company to call me back (Affinity) and have not received any calls for any of my calls over the past 3 weeks. What does it take? A reminder that Oregon requires deposits to be returned to residents within 30 days or they are entitled to double the amount due?! Moved into the place because of it's proximity to downtown and looked nice. Didn't realize that my bedroom would be directly under the stairs that my upstairs neighbor took to go to his garage at 5am to leave for work. Creaky floors and no AC, but large for a 1 bedroom. Maintenance guys were great!

I have lived here for two years and here is my evaluation. Good location. Within walking distance to downtown Tigard, Fanno Creek Trail, library, and the transit mall. Short drive to Costo, Winco, Walmart, and Fred Meyers. However the traffic from 99W can be loud 24/7 for the apartments near the highway. Near the rear of the complex this isn’t a problem. Well maintained. The property is very well maintained and requests for repairs are promptly addressed. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall quality of the apartments is about average. Appliances are about average. The small refrigerator for the 3-bedroom apartment looks funny in the large space provided for it. No air conditioning! For the upstairs apartments, this is a huge problem. In particular, the bedrooms over the garages become completely unlivable in the summertime. The typical apartment layout also restricts air circulation so an indoor air conditioner in one room has no effect on the other rooms. And no indoor air conditioner can possibly keep a bedroom over a garage cool at night. Even on a moderately warm day the upstairs apartments get really warm at night. I’ve talked to my neighbors and the downstairs apartments don’t seem to share this problem. Sprinkler system normally starts up at 3 or 4 in the morning. It goes off like a shotgun so expect to be woken up every morning around 3 or 4 during the summer.

We had just moved to Oregon and began a lease with Main Street Apartments. Within 3 weeks of being there we got broken into and robbed, more than $2200 worth of bags, jewelry, and other irreplaceable items were taken from us in a matter of minutes. I’m more than positive it was someone who lived in the same apartments because of the evidence. It was a record high heat of 102, we were told by the staff to crack a window to cool down. (My son was only 4 months old at the time and we didn’t have $450 for a mobile unit air conditioner) While the staff sat in their air conditioned office. When we called the police to report a break in, the staff were anything but helpful or caring. The in-unit laundry machine tore my clothes and the dryer never really dried them. I’d have to run two drying cycles for one load of laundry. We paid $2000 a month for a two bed two bath at the bottom level facing the main road. The heaters were old and covered in dust, they smelled of chemicals and burning plastic when we turned them on. (We had to check and make sure each one worked). The kitchen sink is the smallest sink I’ve ever seen which is frustrating for a family of 3. Theres little to no grace periods either, they charge you at minimum $100 in late fees if you’re late on ANY payments. We had ONE ceiling fan in the dining room which made no sense to me. We got threatening letters on the face of our door every other week for some silly notice that could be communicated by a simple text or phone call. The walls seem paper thin so you can hear your neighbor flush the toilet after they use the bathroom. The fire trucks ran at least 4 times a night at all hours. We had dope heads and homeless cutting through our back porch or littering on our porch at all hours. I could go on and on about this place and it’s staff. We were only there 3 months, it was the worst 3 months I’ve ever experienced at a complex. Thankfully my husband got a higher paying job and we moved to WA state. And never looked back. I would advise ANYONE who is moving to Oregon from across the country for a new life and job to stay the hell away from these apartments and this part of town. I thought Tigard was safe and nice. It appears that way anyway, but it’s not. Go to West Lynn instead or Wilsonville.

Hello Nahriekaje! To answer your question, our pool is open seasonally with the tentative opening to be Memorial weekend (we typically close the season after Labor Day weekend). With that said our hot tub is open year round!
