The technician that helped me (FL12082) was very helpful, informative but I never felt pressure or like I was being upsold. The team was able to link all of my steering wheel controls to my new system and even upgraded me to a better backup camera for no additional charge. It wasn’t as cheap as quotes I’d gotten from some other places, but they knew what they were doing and felt I received a great value for my money. At a few local competitors I couldn’t get answers to the most basic questions about navigation systems, let alone compatibility with my vehicle. He even offered to have me come back to properly install my license plates once they come in so not to effect the backup camera. Very satisfied with the overall experience! The system looks like it came with my car and functions as if it did.

Daniel and the team did an amazing job on our new boat stereo. They were helpful, patient and took the time to answer our questions. The attention to detail on the install was top notch and they spent 30 minutes with us showing how the new system worked. I would definitely recommend them and the Tigard location.

If you’re looking for that epic combination of high prices and shoddy work you’ve found it. Their “certified” master installer hooked up a dual voice coil amp and sub. A few minor issues. 1. The master neglected to hook up the accessory to power wire and instead spliced it to main power and buried it under the trim. 2. Dual voice coil means you should hook up both left and right sides ( crazy concept) again the master installer hooked up only one side and the bridges it to the right wide. 3. The certified installer bypassed the battery management system of the van even though he assured me he’d worked on these before. $500 in ruined Agn batteries later I had to troubleshoot the problems. Avoid at all costs. Be attached photos to show the quality work you can expect

The service here is shoddy at best. My daughter had speakers put in her car and we had to take it back as the connections were terrible. They fixed it the following day and the aux cord still did not work and after getting this fixed I rolled one of the windows down and when rolling it back up the speaker wite in the door panel got caught on the power window track and was in the way of the power windows track. I did not want to deal with this location any more so I took it to one of the other locations in Gresham to have it done right. I would not recommend this location for installs as the quality of the installation was shoddy.
