Anthony J D'Angelo should get reprimanded. It is a surprise anyone would let him service their watches/ jewelry, let alone attempt to 'help' them in anyway. When inquiring about service on a watch, he was very dismissive to my questions and only picked and chose what he wanted to answer. He clearly did not want to help me in the slightest. He even gave me the "advice" of just buying some cheap watch instead of getting mine taken care of. When I insisted on getting more information about what I wanted done, he took two seconds, looked up the name of my watch since he didn't know anything about it, clicked on the first link that pops up (which is of a knockoff) and said sorry I can't work on entry level automatics... The only good thing that came out of this experience is that I will not be wasting my time going there lol (Oh and by the way Anthony, you can reply back claiming that isn't what happened but I have screenshots, so do us both the favor and take the L and move on. But just be a better employee in the future okay. Learning experience, you need em.)

Doesn't know the difference between automatic and mechanical watches. Customer service is a joke. Rep literally told me to just buy a cheap Casio if I plan to be in the water rather than getting my watched serviced at their location. Update: business responded making up what happened. Claimed that I gave them a model #, etc, etc. Nothing hasty about this review, but continue your "holier than thou" routine, I'm sure your boss loves it". Have him review your messages, and he will see you're incapable of telling the differences between watches, what or how to service them, nor the desire to, giving the awful advice of "just buying a cheap Casio if you plan on going in the water.". Absolutely awful service, it's a miracle you do any business at all.

Always wonderful service and love my new tennis bracelet. My old setting was so worn out as it was my Grandmothers. Damian did a wonderful job resetting in a new bracelet. Super enjoy supporting this family business

I wanted to bring a simple fossil watch back to life, $35 for a battery? $50 for the watch crystal, $35 to reset the watch hands. I paid it because I liked the watch and the great reviews and friendly service. Unfortunately its highway robbery and I'll shop around more next time.

Their service is excellent!
Excellent work for fair price. Jeweler did above and beyond what we paid for. Replaced a new stone in my husband's Gold Ring.
we size silver rings and all metal type as well.
We replace batteries in all watches.
