Louis was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He came out to deliver and set up my furniture. May I also include he moved it in the rain. I would highly recommend Louis for any future job. Louis deserves a raise! Job well done!!!!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt that it is a must for me to share my experience at American Freight, located at: 8661 Old Kings Road South Jacksonville, FL. Also, maybe this may help you… I have no words to describe, how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to do my transaction with Mr. Biff Parsons. I originally called two different stores asking about some sectionals / sofas that I saw online. The other two stores got me off the phone within about twenty seconds, they both said for me to come in to the store and see for myself. I felt kind of bad because I felt rushed and no answers. I am an hour away from that area, as much as I wanted to go personally I still needed to know if the store had in stock what I was looking for so that I could take it the same day. I am not saying that the other two stores are always like that. Most likely not… But I am only expressing my own personal experience. Well, I am so glad I called the store on Old Kings Road South and Mr. Biff answered the phone. He took time to answer my questions. But the best part was how professional and kind and respectful Mr. Biff is. He invited me to the store and I was happy to come in because I already had an idea that the store had the furniture I needed. I will forever be grateful for Mr. Biff, for him taking the time to help me with no pressure and making sure I was happy with my choice of furniture!

Window shopping with no clue on what we were looking for. Plenty of recliners and entertainment sectionals. One observation, the layout of the recliners made it impossible to sit and try out the chairs.
