Nice enough to deal with. But the reason I had to call was after 2 weeks I still did not receive my product. When I called I was told the product was too big for them to ship so it was returned to them by the shipper. ( unclear why this happened, lots of ways to ship) They did not inform me or refund my money. I guess they were hoping I wouldn’t notice. Poor service for on line orders.

great place I've had several different issues I asked for specific person that would know what trying to do knowledge of and the director me too that person not just some random person in the store that's the way hardware store should be because you can't know everything about everything
