Have been seeing Dr Tracy Vo for a year and half, after switching from another primary care Dr. Dr Vo is professional, appears to really care, seems to be very knowledgeable, is prompt. Office is clean, professional prompt-and staff friendly. A little hard to reach on phone, but just requires a little wait on hold- understandable during COVID. Very glad I switched to this Dr who came highly recommended to me by someone in the medical community.

No regard for your senior family members. They Left My father outside to rot in the hot sun with IV antibiotics. Not even supposed to be in the sun while on antibiotics. Then they cover up their mistakes by putting false information in the computer system. -0 stars!!

Love Jennifer, the PA in the office with Dr. Vo at Cay West. Very knowledgeable. I take my parents there also and she spends time getting to know her patients.
