Went to get a certified vehicle with warranty, after all the paperwork we finished around 10:00PM. Next day notice a small dot, crack on the windshield. Informed sales agents Morales and managers Martinez, and Garce which informed me that they were going to take care of it. When I tried to call them for the appointment I was ghosted by everyone in the dealership from agent and managers. Very sad when they treat U.S. Veterans this way. Windshield was reported to ins. to get it fix. The vehicle feels new, but whatever they promises is not worth the hassle or a cent. Hyundai is a great vehicle but with this type of service they are damaging their reputation and name.
