The owner and staff assisted me at every step of the process. I originally had a ring I wanted to be made more durable. The owner talked over my options and helped me with a trade instead. The trade in value I was offered was fair. The owner helped me find the perfect ring. I feel like he gave me a discount too! I live out of town and I was able to pay over the phone. Quick turn around time. The owner stayed in contact with me through the whole process and never made me feel like a bother. I will never buy from anywhere else.
