This company is not the ideal place to work. You’ll be lied to and disregarded at every point of contact. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing, they will mislead about company processes and when questioned about it you will be ignored. Long story short. They carry for a company and it’s their only contract, so they allow mistreatment of drivers while at customers and then add insult to injury by under paying for work or NOT PAYING AT ALL. Don’t waste time or energy with this Stone Age company. No growth or financial benefits just a waste of time and added stress while dealing with the Dysfunctional process of being screwed.

You can stop by the office and speak with Michelle or Mo. I dont think you'll get trained though. You should check out Knight Transportation in Lakeland. I know they offer training.
Depends on how you like to run(with in reason). As often as we run through hometime really isn't an issue. Great people to work with! A+ operation IMO.
