Came to make an Amazon return, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, even with a waiting line of 3 or 4 people. The associate was very friendly, so overall a great experience.

Lisa is the manager there. She deals with all sorts of difficult situations and, frankly, difficult customers. However, she is unfailingly polite, professional, and friendly. I'm glad that she's there. Jeffrey is a long-term employee of this store. He is an expert on logistics and is always helpful: a go-to person. Tyler is relatively new but fits right with this crew. Nothing fazes Tyler. Jennifer has been at this store the longest. She is immensely capable, the sort of person you would try to hire if you had your own business. Shane is quiet, capable, and fast. Edgar loves his customers and always shows this in his interactions. Ernestine handles fingerprinting and general traffic management. She is an essential piece of of this group. I like this store immensely. Things can get crazy there--COVID, holidays, societal malfunctions--but these employees always come through.
