The gentleman that helped us today answered all my questions, gave me more advice and recommendation that was extremely helpful. All done with a smile and good humour as my inexperienced self had many silly questions and he was able to help guide me. It's definitely good to have service with a 😃😊🙂 Updated Sept 5 2022, today Allisen helped me. I was looking for a jacket and she gave different suggestions even saved me some money as the one she recommended for my need was on sale. Thankful for great customer service.

To me, the store layout could be better. Like separate men's and women's sections.

I went to the REI Bike shop today at 12. Noon. My fat tire ebike had a rear wheel flat tire. I was hoping to have it fixed the same day since it was early. I was told that the inner tube size was not available and that I could order it from Amazon and bring it back with the bike. I didn’t feel that the repairman wanted to work on my bike. He said that it would take a lot of work and they charge $20/hr. He said that he might bend the frame.The woman behind the counter wrote the size of the inner tube on a piece of paper. I took my bike to the bicycle clinic on St Augustine Rd and had a better experience. As a REI member I was expecting better service.

If you are looking for any type of outdoor gear, then REI is the place for you. They carry everything from clothing, canoes, bikes, shoes, camping gear, you name it they probably have it. I go here all the time even if I don’t need anything just because I love looking at all the items they have. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely check this place out!
