I have been with State Farm since I was 17 and have had nothing but problems with State Farm. they smile in your face while you’re there and act nice but they do not do good business. I turned 25 and when my six months renewal came they did not do my renewal and I did not see any lower insurance till after I was 26 when I asked them they told me it should have lowered at the time of my renewal but somehow didn’t and there is nothing they can do to reimburse me the difference. Also I talked to a agent in the office and I told him I feel like I’m being over charged and he agreed but told me there’s nothing they will do. Today I went to allstate and got insurance and I’m saving over 230 dollars every six months now thank you allstate!! Also I have never had any tickets and I am a good driver I had one accident in 9 years of driving and that was over 4 or 5 year’s ago. I leave State Farm feeling like I have been cheated out of a lot of my hard earned money.
