Horrible management. Washing machines are all broken. When I spoke to the office the guy told me it was not up to him. He couldn’t do anything about it. He was disgustingly rude and insulting, assumed I was lying about everything when I asked about a parking permit.

*UPDATE: Ok so it's been a few years instead of a few months. 😳 As it turns out I did not like living there and have since moved out. I hated that the laundry facilities were locked up after 9pm (or 9:30pm I can't remember). Sometimes I don't even get home from work by then so I kept having to take my clothes to the laundromat. Plus, after about a year I started to see a lot of the shady and unsafe activity that went on around there and it only seems to be getting worse as time goes on. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a family or if you're trying to keep your distance with the law. Unfortunately they are the cheapest places in Sarasota right now so I did give it 2 stars for that. Just moved here. The onsite manager seems a bit much as I was visited by him 3 times giving me orders while I moved my stuff in on the very 1st day! And I didn't like that pest control was let into my locked apartment while I was at work without any prior notice to me. Other than that it's been ok. I'll review again after a couple months.

Hidden Lake Village is a large, sprawling residential complex that offers efficiencies to 3 bedroom apartments - pools - laundry rooms - outside maintenance - well-kept flower gardens and plenty of residence and guest parking. Located on Tuttle Av / just south of 12th street.
