Worst experience of my life!!! Michelle ( nurse practitioner) should NEVER see patients, she misdiagnosed me many ailments I don't have!!! How can a medical profession see a patient once for 10 minutes and diagnose me several health issues?? This woman should never see patients again!! I put in a formal complaint with my insurance company next the medical state board! Shame on you Optum!!!

The rudest customer service I've seen in a long time. My grandpa is hard of hearing and has some dementia issues and they disregarded him with no patience or empathy.

So happy with this office, Dr Razon and her staff are great. They follow up in a couple of days by calling you to make sure you’re ok. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Hardy any wait time.

why can't I make an appt. to see dr. I have to have a nurse call me back . do I pay for davita med group to delay my medical problem. seams like a delay in care would be a negative. do I need to have severe pain to get med attention.??????????

DaVita is a corporation first. It's expensive for u to see a Dr., so they triage u to deal w/ the low-hanging fruit. If nurses or nurse practitioners can't handle the issue, then u get to see a Dr. It's for-profit American medicine and isn't changing any time soon.

why do I have to be on hold for 10 plus min to try and get an appt with dr. tran. this is not very effective to me

Because the same ppl checking in patients at the office and 'gate-keeping' are also answering the phones and figuring out how to route calls to staff. It sux, but don't expect it to change. Just remember, your call is VERY important to them!
