I have since left Dr Arana’s practice. My annual physical was canceled days before it because ”Dr Arana will be out of the office”. The appointment was rescheduled for three months time. That appointment was canceled for the same reason the day before. I would have to wait three more months for a new appointment, delaying my annual appointment by six months! I found a previously desired Dr had reopened to new patients and I switched to her practice.

AVOID this office! While I really liked Dr. Arana - the office is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and terrible to deal with entirely. They change your appointment time without notifying you. Then when you call to say that time is completely inconvenient - tell you that you can get an appointment in three months!!! Last time I was sick - couldn't get me in for a month- I had to go to another Dr. So stay away from this disorganized unprofessional office.
