Lived in Orlando from 1980's to 2012 and Sam's pink trucks honoring breast cancer awareness would do the service. Moved to St. Augustine and am a customer here. Will be giving five stars for over 30yrs of great service

Good experience. Deborah was very efficient and thorough with communication and scheduling. Everything was done timely and efficient. Curtis was polite and efficient when he came out. Seamless experience.

Been a customer now for over a year and I agree with the previous reviewers that the customer service is basically gone. During service setup we agreed that I could get a top off when needed. Since my tank is half empty and Sams Gas only services once every three months I called to request a top off since I anticipated an increase in my gas consumption and may drop below the minimum safe level set by Sams Gas during that time. The office was nice and told me that today was my scheduled service anyway and that she would talk to the driver. When I came home late at night I found the tank still half empty. I never received a message so I called back the next day and was told "oh yeah well the driver already passed your house". I was never offered an alternate day or solution, so I asked again for a top off and had to again explain why I needed a top off and was told that she would have to talk to the manager about that. She would call me back.. Two days later and still no phone call, no top off, or even a plan for a top off. If I was a new customer I would no longer use this company, and am considering switching.

We’ve been using Sam’s Gas for years now and have had good experiences in the past. However, over the last few Months Sam’s Gas has completely changed! Poor customer service, production, and terrible management have made us change who we use for future gas installs at our new construction home business. Too bad this company doesn’t care about their customers like they did in the past! Goodbye Sam’s!!!
