Best UPS Store experience I ever had! The staff is super helpful and accommodating. We rented a mailbox there for a bit while we were moving. They took very good care of us and helped us get through our crazy move. I’m sure it was annoying with all the packages we had delivered there but they handled everything perfectly. Thank you Mischa and your staff for being so kind and reliable during this stressful time for us!

This store is consistently a 5 star experience. I order from Amazon and I often have returns. I go on Saturday mornings/early afternoons. The store is normally packed, sometimes with a cue of customers outside the door. Each and every time, the entire staff provides super fast, efficient, and friendly service. I'm never in line more than 5 minutes even with 10 people ahead of me. The entire team is professional, courteous, and welcoming EVERY TIME, which I believe is a rarity in this type of business. Kudos Bella Cruz UPS team!
