My husband had a bad dermatologist visit with a Mohs procedure that went bad. He ended up in the hospital for a week with extra surgery and left with his hand not being able to be used to do the things he used to. His grip is Impaired and he gets frustrated and angry. We called the firm and they denied to represent him. No reason given. Just denied His TV ad states they help the people. Not true 😢

In order to make a recovery of more than past out of pocket expenses, Florida Law requires that someone injured in a car crash must prove that they suffered a permanent injury to within a reasonable degree of medical probability. In our experience, we do not believe that undertaking a case that does not meet this requirement will be in the best interest of our client. It is important to remember, however, that an aggravation or exacerbation of a prior condition may be considered a permanent injury depending on the circumstances.
