Was very disappointed I have used this company before. But when you want to charge the rate I was charged for distance of trip. And most of don't put out your cigarette when in my car. This is disrespectful and will not use them again. I …Mr. Moffitt, I am very sorry to hear about the issues with your service today. First and foremost, the smoking issue will immediately be addressed with the driver in question and I can assure that will not happen again. I am very sorry that that happened today. Secondly, the rate you were charged was the normal rate of $75 to go from Fallbranch to Bristol Hwy. I am sorry that you felt this rate was excessive compared to the 60 65 rate you were charged a few years ago but as you have noticed with the diesal prices increase, companies have to increase rates as well. Once again I am sorry that yoi felt that this rate was excessive, but we are still well below most rates of other companies.

I had a wheel bearing explode on my boat trailer. I pulled over and the wheel was on by pure luck. These guys showed up and expertly loaded the trailer with the boat and drove me all the way home and unloaded it like it was nothing. 10/10Thank you very much !!
