Don't do infinity insurance with them try another carrier infinity just take your money talk to you any type of way my car isn't insurance as of today because they placed with my account due to the fact I had a problem with them under paying with a accident that I had in Feb I had another accident just recent on March 17th I called in with the same information since I had them now everytime I call in they can't find me or I'm transfered to didn't people talking to me then I update everytime it's no point because the old address pops up and number then they try in other talk you like you don't no what you talking about it don't do it the company is Kemper / infinity the worst oh in the line they all way say they system down when wanting to talk to someone else for help the system always down on Fridays the first of the month in the end of the month also it's weird in I'm speaking up cus I gotta fix my car more 700 wade tried to help but they just tried to find so a decent carrier at a reasonable amount for you .... Hope this save some one the stress and headache

HORRIBLE customer service. low end insurance but will not be renewing. rowdy employees minus 2-3. I sent my son here recently, to buy his insurance because I’ve been there for a while. His experience was completely awful (we will be telling our people to not go here anymore) he encountered a extremely rude woman (wears glasses on main level please avoid her!!!!) who made him feel discriminated. A lady on the top floor was patient to help him with his language barrier. The place needs more young people with patience and good attitude. The majority of employees make the place feel like trailer park trash.
