Seems a bit more pricey than normal prices. Definitely cheaper places just have to drive out a bit further. I would say this is an emergency type of store like if you forgot to get something and you have to run to a store that's near by. But otherwise I wouldn't do all my shopping here because it'll cost you alot more

Always friendly staff and pretty clean store and restrooms! Usually well stocked. Convenient hours. Wish prices were a bit more competitive though but location limits competition.

I just moved here and I am happy this store is here. Otherwise I would have to drive 20 minutes to a food store. The store is clean, bright and they have a good selection of food and food products. I am a bit surprised at the meat counter. The selection is not very good at all. I would have thought that with all the cattle I see driving down the road they would have more meat. I came from out of state in a busy metropolis and I find it surprising that there was a much bigger selection there. I wish they had more meat. Otherwise I like the store and will continue to shop here.

I wish this Food City was my local grocery store. It takes me a half hour extra to drive to this store, but honestly it's worth it. Always excellent customer service and in stock conditions. Whenever there's something on sale at my local store in Maynardville, they never have it. Every time it's a high ticket item, I'll drive to Blaine Food City and they come through. I spent 27 years in the grocery store business and can tell you unequivocally that it is a reflection on the store and department management. Blaine Food City has got the good ones, Maynardville Food City does not. Simple as that.
