Lady that answered the phone was so confrontational. Wouldn’t give me a supervisors number and hung up multiple times. The call was around 12:20-12:30 on June 8th. The person who answered shouldn’t be in any place of power or jurisdiction to help people. What else do you expect with Orange County tho. The lady wouldn’t even give me her name

Never can get through. Either the P.O well most of the time unavailable. Cant leave any voicemail. I called to found out abt my case(iIm the victim).

Attitudes are awful and the staff clearly hate their job/life. I came in to get a termination of supervision that should have been filed with the courts by this office 3 year ago. It was like pulling teeth for this very simple request. The only reason I got assistant was because I insisted. The also aren't practicing safety protocol for Covid-19. Staff at front desk in the lobby was not wearing a mask and no enforce visitors either.
